Streszczenie
At the turn of 2009–2010, the first case of determination of 4-bromo-2,5-dimethoxyphenethylamine (2C-B) in biological material was recorded at the Institute of Forensic Research. A blood screening was performed by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), verifying at the same time its suitability for the detection of this compound. Coupled techniques (GC-MS and LC-MS/MS) were used for confirmatory analyses. Liquid-liquid extraction was applied to the isolation of 2C-B from a biological matrix and the analysis was carried out in multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. As a result of blood analyses, the presence of amphetamine, 2C-B, THC and THCCOOH was revealed.
