Streszczenie
A review of stacking methods applied to capillary electrophoresis for drugs analysis is presented in the first part of the paper. Some published examples of the application of stacking methods to improve the level of pharmaceutical specimens determination in clinical and drugs analysis for forensic purposes are also presented in this part of the paper. Results of research performed by the authors are presented in the second part of the paper. This research concerned the possibility of preconcentration of psychotropic drugs by application of capillary electrophoresis under selected conditions of stacking on a capillary. The level of achieved preconcentration of a drug in a mixture depended on the number of analytes and applied stacking conditions. The best results of preconcentration were obtained for a mixture of two analytes (13 and 16 times) when acetonitrile with 1% NaCl as a medium and electrokinetic injection were applied. Application of a hydrodynamic injection for a mixture of six drugs in acetonitrile allowed strengthening of analytical signals from 4.8 to 6.8 times for all considered compounds.
