DIFFICULTIES IN ANSWERING THE QUESTION “IS THERE A THREAT TO LIFE AND HEALTH?” ON THE BASIS OF SELECTED EXPERT OPINIONS

Streszczenie
Ascertaining whether a prohibited action is a threat to life and health helps to establish its legal status. Answering this question can sometimes be very difficult for the forensic toxicologist. The paper presents examples of expert opinions that were drawn up in response to judicial requests concerning this question: the circumstances of each given case and results of chemico-toxicological examinations are described and the answers formulated to this question are discussed.
