Streszczenie
The paper presents the results of a population study of 3 VNTR loci: D7S22, D5S43 and D16S309. The allele distributions were in accordance with Hardy-Weinberg expectations. Values of heterozygosity, polymorphic information contents, power of discrimination, mean exclusion chance and typical paternity index demonstrate that these systems are valuable tools for paternity testing.
