SEQUENCING ANALYSIS OF A NEW ALLELE, D8S1132*15

Streszczenie
This paper presents a sequence analysis of hitherto unobserved allele 15 of locus D8S1132. During population studies a PCR product was observed that was exactly 4 bp shorter than the shortest allele in the allelic ladder, allele 16. Sequencing analysis revealed the following repetitive sequence: (TCTA)4 TCA (TCTA)11. According to ISFGrecommendations, the newdetected allelewas calledD8S1132*15.
