Streszczenie
This paper describes the distribution of parathion in blood and various other organs, according to the etiology of the intoxication. As a rule, concentration levels are small, especially in the blood and in the stomach are higher, particularly in cases of suicide. In studies carried out on some patients admitted to hospital with parathion poisoning, entero-hepatic recirculation could have been a factor. We would stress the importance of all information in the interpretation of the results so as to arrive at a safe diagnosis.
