Streszczenie
Documents created using single and full colour photocopying machines are more and more frequently becoming the subject of forensic research. This creates the need to identify powders (toners) used in such equipment. The presented studies were carried out in order to gain information about the elemental composition and kinds of polymers utilised for powder production. The following techniques were applied in this study: Fourier transform infrared microspectrometry (MK-FTIR), X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF) and scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry (SEM-EDX).
