Streszczenie
A case of complex poisoning with drugs applied in heart disease treatment (acebutolol, nifedipine, hydrochlorothiazide) and an antalgic and antipyretic drug - salicylamide - was described. Identification and quantification of drugs were carried out using thin-layer chromatography (TLC), UV spectrophotometry and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Concentrations of the drugs: 0.3 μg/ml of acebutolol, 0.54 μg/ml of hydrochlorothiazide and 29.7 μg/ml of salicylamide in blood were in the therapeutic range.
