Streszczenie
The authors present the analytical procedure applied in a case of suicide by drug poisoning. The analytical methods used were thin-layer chromatography (TLC) and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Identification and quantification of the biological material (blood, stomach with contents, liver) revealed the presence of doxepin (blood - 8.0 mg%, stomach with contents - 420 mg%, liver - 17.2 mg%), carbamazepine (blood - 1.6 mg%, stomach with contents - 21.0 mg%, liver - 3.2 mg%), and sulpiride (blood - 1.6 mg%, stomach with contents - 0.9 mg%, liver - 0,4 mg%).
