IDENTIFICATION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ON THE BASIS OF QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF IMPURITIES

Streszczenie
The increase in the number of expert opinions concerning illicit sales of alcoholic beverages has led us to work out an analytical method for identifying beverages and determining their origins: domestic manufacture, monopoly production or illegal import. In the study concentrations of contaminants such as: methanol, acetaldehyde, acetone, 1-propanol, 2-butanol, 2-methyl-1-propanol, ethyl acetate, 1-butanol, 2-methyl-1-butanol and 3-methyl-1-butanol in 41 distilled spirits were determined.
