APPLICATION OF TWO-DIMENSIONAL THIN-LAYER CHROMATOGRAPHY TO THE ANALYSIS OF DRUGS MIXTURES

Streszczenie
Two-dimensional thin-layer chromatography was used to separate drug mixtures. This approach was applied to five and six component mixtures of drugs from three pharmaceutical groups: barbiturates, phenothiazines and tricyclic antidepressants. A separation of four psychotropic drugs in biological material (liver), using this method, was carried out.
