Streszczenie
The range of applications of probably the most universal spectrophotometric detector, which has the additional capability of recording wide range spectra, has been presented. Use of the HPLC-DAD in toxicological analysis indicated that it could be a very powerful instrument for screening analysis, method optimisation, and qualitative as well as quantitative analysis.
