Streszczenie
In this study, the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (HWE) in the population of central Poland was evaluated for three extremely polymorphic DNA markers (HVR) used in forensic investigations: D7S21, D12S11, D5S110. This was carried out using two different statistical approaches. Our data indicate that analysed loci are in HWE in spite of their hypervariability.
