PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE OF A PERSON WHO HAS DIED - LOOKING FOR MOTIVES FOR SUICIDE OR HOMICIDE

Streszczenie
The authors present an experts' report concerning three cases where the cause of death was not clear. The prosecutor's investigation did not indicate whether it was murder, suicide or an accident. The expert's report contains a study of the life history and personality of the dead subject - focusing on potential motives for suicide or homicide. The procedural, methodological and ethical problems connected with the experts' report will be considered.
