Streszczenie
In this article results of glutamate level evaluation in the rat brain hemispheres after 1 min and 10 min sensoric stimulation and of controlled individuals were presented. In both group of stressed animals statistically significant difference were obtained. The results obtained also indicate that increase in glutamate concentration is a " pure" response to stimuli applied. Thus it may convince in possibility of post-mortem diagnosis of emotional arousal immediately before death.
