Streszczenie
We are presenting the first cases of gamma hydroxybutyric acid (GHB) overdosing in Switzerland, describing an analytical method and summarizing general GHB effects. Two patients became unconscious – one even deeply comatose – after the intake of GHB. After a couple of hours in hospital, they awoke, recovered rapidly without any after effects, and left the hospital.
