Streszczenie
An attempt was made to evaluate the selectivity of PDA UV spectra for systematic toxicological analysis (STA). A great spectral variety was found among compounds of toxicological interest. With modern generation PDA detectors even compounds of high structural similarity can be successfully distinguished down to a LOI as low as 10 ng/ml.
