Streszczenie
In this paper the results of the investigation of post-mortems (stomach, intestine, kidney and urine) are presented for the chlorpromazine poisoning, using methods of surface ionization-mass spectrometry (SI/MS) as well as chemical, optical, TLC and GC/MS methods widely used in analytical toxicology. The SI mass spectra obtained show the high efficiency of the ionization of chlorpromazine and its metabolites: monodesmethyl-, sulphoxid-, and hydroxichlorpromazine. The high selectivity of SI to nitrogen bases and few lines of the SI mass spectra make it possible to identify, with a high accuracy, the samples without their chromatographic separation.
