A PROBLEMATIC INDENTATION IN THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY OF A DISPUTED SIGNATURE ON A NOTARIAL TESTAMENT

Streszczenie
The present article arose on the basis of a case in which an evidential signature on a notarial last will was forged. What was unusual about this case was not only the fact that the counterfeit signature was signed on a document verified by a “person of public trust”, but also the fact that it was necessary to establish the provenance of a non-standard indented impression in the vicinity of the signature.
